These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Covenant Christian Academy website, services, communications, and SMS/text messaging programs. By accessing our website, requesting information, submitting a form, scheduling a call or appointment, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of Website

All admissions decisions, enrollment, tuition, and program details are subject to a separate written agreement and our admissions process between Covenant Christian Academy and the family.

Information shared during calls or appointments may be adjusted based on:

  • Enrollment capacity
  • Program changes
  • Admissions requirements
  • Updated school policies

Final enrollment agreements will be confirmed separately.

4. SMS Terms of Service

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box(es) on our form, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Covenant Christian Academy for the type(s) of messages you selected.

Informational messages (non-marketing) may include:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Scheduling notifications
  • Enrollment inquiry updates
  • Parent call confirmations and follow-ups regarding your questions about the school

Marketing messages (only if you separately check the marketing consent box) may include:

  • Follow-up messages inviting you to book a call or appointment with our school
  • Enrollment and admissions information
  • Event and open house invitations

Consent for SMS Communications Individuals provide consent by actively opting in through website forms, inquiry forms, scheduling forms, or other written consent methods. Informational and marketing messages are consented to separately. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or any service. We do not use purchased lead lists, scraped contacts, or third-party cold SMS outreach.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Customers are responsible for any carrier-related fees. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Opt-Out Instructions

10. Tuition and Enrollment Agreements

If a student is enrolled, tuition and payment terms will be outlined separately within enrollment agreements, tuition contracts, or financial aid documentation. Failure to comply with agreed payment terms may result in late fees, holds, suspension of enrollment, or collection actions where permitted by law, as detailed in the applicable enrollment agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covenant Christian Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Website use
  • Scheduling delays or conflicts
  • Third-party platform outages
  • Communication interruptions
  • Changes to programs, grades, or availability
  • Conditions or circumstances outside our control

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid to the School for services where applicable.
